About our Manor House

At Quinta da Cerca do Colégio, History remains at the core of the location. Built in 1862, Quinta da Cerca do Colégio was the first big house to be built after the construction of the Alcobaça Monastery. At the time, there was a property surrounded by vegetable gardens, orchards and a vineyard in which there was a college for the higher education of the Monks of the Order. This charming property aims to give you a unique experience, by continuing to build our History with the happiness of your present.
